There are very few special locations left on Cape Cod to build on. I understand the ins and out of the building process - my husband and I built our home in Eastham and handled all the subcontracting ourselves. Each town has it's own requirements for number of bedrooms per square footage of lot size as well as conservation restrictions if within a certain distance to water, historic district issues in some case, town vs. well water and more. I also have a special list of recommended tried and true contractors for everything from foundations to roofs and of course kitchen and bath designers.
